A little bit about me…
Being shy helped me later in my career. Just because I was shy, did not mean I was not observant. I watched people and how they interacted with each other. My dad owned a gun and fishing store and I learned to interact with successful entrepreneurs and CEOs.

I’ve been in your shoes.
In my sales early career, I was moderately successful because I worked hard. I thought that was what was required to “get ahead”. Then different economic events occurred – and I lost my job – a few times.
I spent a good part of my life doing what I thought was expected of me. While I had sparks of success, I couldn’t maintain it. I was searching to understand why the success was fleeting, and what was needed to maintain and flourish.
I read books and attended seminars, but none of these gave me a solid understanding with action steps to take. I found my answer when I hired myself a business coach, and my sales career exploded. My income doubled in the first year. But I also discovered if you don’t continue with the actions required – it can also disappear.
No matter what your past was, your future is dependent on what you do today. People often wait for their “golden opportunity” or until it’s “their turn” to be successful. However, those opportunities aren’t handed out. They are created by individuals who are passionate about and determined to improve the quality of their life and reach their goals.
